Here's some songs I recorded but never did anything else with because I really wasn't very happy with how they turned out.

= Listen to the song

Behind Blue Eyes - The Who
I think I envisioned this as being the opening track on a CD.  With this version I was trying to base it on Limp Bizkit's cover of the song which has a different arrangement and some additional lyrics that aren't in The Who's version.  The
non-guitar effects were made by a cheap keyboard toy that belongs to my nephew.
End of the World - Cold
I love Cold's acoustic version of this song so naturally I wanted to record my own version.  Unfortunately, my singing sounds way off key.
How Do You Talk To An Angel - The Heights
*shrug*
L.A. - Christian Kane
This is a song that was featured in the TV show Angel.  I didn't really pay much attention to it when it was on the show until I came across the complete version of it online someplace.  It really spoke to me so I decided to record my own version.
Last Kiss - Wayne Cochran
I don't think I've ever heard the original version of this song but I have heard the Pearl Jam version which this recording tries to emulate.
Long Long Way to Go - Def Leppard
Miss You In A Heartbeat - Def Leppard
Missing You - Me
I wrote this song and wasn't very happy with it.  I've since lost the lyrics to it which is why I'm not bothering to put this with the other songs I've written.
Nothing Else Matters - Metallica
This is probably the easiest song to play and I don't know why I never recorded it for any of my CDs.  This attempt isn't that great but I at least did the solos myself instead of using a MIDI file like Fade to Black.  They're nowhere close to being accurate to how James plays them though.
Something to Believe In - Poison
This version of the song uses different lyrics than the one released by the band.  I had never heard it before but came across it one day and really liked it.
Somewhere Over the Rainbow - Judy Garland
This version is based on the one recorded by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole that is used in many many movies and TV shows.  The first time I really noticed it was in the episode of ER where Dr Green dies.
Wonderful - Stone Temple Pilots
This is probably my favorite song of there's.
Your Body is a Wonderland - John Mayer
I was trying different things.
*shrug*
Your Song - Elton John
This song is the ultimate love song.
