Retrax

This one I feel works the least of all the figures in my theoretical BotCon set.  I had a hard time
coming up with ideas for the set that would work as repaints of other figures.  Retrax's function is Desert Demolitions and I figured that Tank Drone's form would work well in that regard even though there's really nothing about the toy that calls back to Retrax's BW figure.
